Is your enquiry about a "Pending payment" where the order failed?
In this instance, any attempted transactions which have failed, are temporarily held, but it’s not a charge. The funds may appear as a pending payment, but will release back automatically and usually in a short period of time. Once the funds have reached back to you, please attempt to process this once again. This process is out of our control.
Is your enquiry about an upcoming product?
With upcoming products, the estimated arrival is as listed within the Coming soon area. We are unable to advise any different from these estimates. We will aim to send newsletters and post to our social channels with product arrivals.
