Delivery information 📦

We take pride in ensuring orders are packed, collected, and dispatched with the utmost care and attention to detail. Depending on the delivery method selected, delivery timeframes may vary. We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Most orders are dispatched the same business day, when ordered by 1PM GMT local time.

Orders within the UK have Free standard delivery over £50. Express delivery is available and will go out with a faster method and priority handling.

All orders are sent with tracking. Tracking only updates once the carrier has scanned the package after receiving it, or processing it through their network.

For international orders (outside the UK), please be aware that import duties and taxes are not currently included in the total paid and must be paid by the recipient, which could be before or after delivery. There can in some cases be customs delays for orders outside the UK. We are working to include the total price in all international orders.

Tracking information is provided for all orders, which is included in your dispatch e-mail. Please ensure your e-mail address is correct and you have access to that mailbox.
