Refund policy
We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item, and we want to make this process as easy as possible for you.
If you decide to return an item, please do so within 14 days of receiving your order. All items must be in a fully resalable condition and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or damaged, unless the item is faulty. Buyers cover return postage (unless faulty) and, if the return is refused due to damage, the cost of sending it back.
If there is any error in the address entered and the parcel is sent back to us, or if there were attempted deliveries and the parcel got returned to sender, we will deduct two postage costs from the refund one for each way we are charged.
Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible. We are happy to resolve issues reported promptly after delivery.
Once we receive your return, we will process it as soon as possible. Please include your full order information within the package to avoid any possible delays in processing.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used, and you will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at sales@wrestlingshop.com before the 14-day deadline. We will acknowledge your request and provide return instructions.
You must return the item(s) to us within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Upon receiving your return, we will issue a full refund — including the standard outbound shipping cost you paid — within 14 days. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Exemptions — the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return once opened (including action figures and collectibles removed from their original packaging)
- Signed or personalised items
- Goods that have been used or are not in their original condition
