📦 Shipping & Tracking Notice (November–December Peak Period)

Please be aware that during November and December, courier networks experience their busiest period of the year. While all orders marked as dispatched are collected by the carrier the same day, they may display as “the carrier is expecting it” until the parcel is scanned into their network. This is normal and simply means the carrier has not yet processed the initial scan. The initial scan in some cases can take several days or longer, this is depending on the depot processing the package. If it reads "the carrier is expecting it", it does not mean we have not sent the parcel.

Once scanned, delivery times may still be longer than usual due to peak-season delays.

For domestic shipments, we are unable to investigate or provide updates unless 10 business days have passed since the dispatch date. Tracking information shown online is the same information available to both us and the carrier.
