Great Item,

After an initial delivery issue, which was resolved quickly following a couple of prompt email responses, I received my item and I’m very pleased with the quality. The issue appeared to be with the courier rather than the company, and it was sorted swiftly. My only suggestion would be that customer service communications could feel a little warmer, as some replies came across as somewhat abrupt. Overall, I’m happy with the product and appreciate the quick resolution.
